Warm tips:

1.This 4K GPS dash cam must be plugged into the car charger when recording.

2.If press the menu button, it's not display the menu of the system, please press power button to pause recording firstly.

3.If you already set up correct time zone, but there is still one hour difference against local time, please message support team to get software update.

4.Dash cam will turn on/off with car engine is on/off, so it will not drain the car battery. (Note: it depends on whether your car still provides power to the cigarette lighter socket when switch off the engine.)

5. Because customer complained that the APP is very shaky and crashes too often, we have removed WIFI function.

6. If dash camera has the issue that the footage is upside down, please message support team to get software update.

Warm tips about Micro SD card
1. We recommend using brand Class10, 16GB-32GB micro SD card (Not Included).

2. Please format Micro SD card to MOS-FAT32 and not ExFat on your PC, then format it again on dash cam.

3. Please confirm correct direction of Micro SD card before you insert it, otherwise it will be stuck and cannot be read.

4. Please use the corner of SD card adapter or a thumb nail to insert the Micro SD into the slot, which will be locked in slot after you depress it far enough.
