Seeking wheel nuts to suit MK7 2009 Ford Fiesta Zetec S, 16no, on the genuine 17" wheels.
Please let me know how to check if they need washers etc.

Hi, Ford wheels used wheel nuts with washers up to around 2014/15.
So nuts to suit that model would require that type of nut. I have them available in zinc or black. Thanks

When you say washer, is that like the original cap that went over the wheel nut?

No, there's a rotating washer on the nut. It can be seen in this listing below. The troublesome chrome cap comes on most of the Ford nuts.
