Hi best way is to have a look at phone see if it suits.no charger.and yes it’s my phone from 2013 so not sure if it was locked to a network.wouldn’t say so though.

No problem let’s know if you find a charger,it’s the 2013 first edition iPhone same charger used for next models so should be a good few lying around.Almost sure not locked but welcome to check
