I just want to explain respectfully that I’m not interested in spending my time on a refurbished phone. If the phone is truly brand new, could you please tell me when you bought it and in what year? Also, do you still have the original purchase receipt?

If everything is genuine and the phone has really just been sitting unused, I would be happy to buy it from you.
