@orlagh1375 hi…I know its already unlocked to Vodafone…anything beyond that, the buyer takes responsibility of doing the rest. It may work with your network sim you would have to try yourself and take it from there. Everything on the phone works like new. I won’t be contacting Vodafone sorry
Hi Gareth, thanks for getting back to me. I'm just trying to make sure everything is okay before I collect it, as my daughter is on Tesco Mobile. My understanding is that if the phone is fully unlocked, it will work on any network. If it's still locked to Vodafone, I believe the current owner normally needs to request the unlock through Vodafone. Would you mind checking one thing for me please? If you go to Settings > General > About > Network Provider Lock, could you let me know what it says? If it says "No SIM restrictions", then I know it'll work on Tesco. Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!
