Lovely collection of 16 x 100%wool felt round beret hat bases. These bases have been blocked and stiffened to form a domed betet shape. All are lined with grosgrain inside and some have millinery elastic to affix to the head. All ready for your decorating and creative touch!
Perfect for teaching classes and workshops, embellishing and selling, start up business etc. I am no longer teaching or making so selling lots of supplies. Happy to bundle for shipping etc.
