Hi Denise, I'm away until next Monday - can supply you some then if you don't get sorted before hand?
Hello! I see you use caputo flour for sourdough starter. But I can’t find to buy it in Ireland. Only for business. Where do you buy it?
Thanks.
Thanks.
@tumann21 hiya. I get it in Musgraves cash and carry! I bake every day so I normally buy the bulk 35kg bags that lasts me a few months!
@Birdie hiya. Yes it is but I’m away for a long weekend and won’t be back until Wednesday next week. I would have some ready by next Thursday if that suited
@Birdie hiya. I’m just back and getting my starter back going. It should be ready by Thursday if you’re still interested! If you got sorted no worries!!
€30 for 3 sets of starters, 3 x 1kg of flour plus 3 x set of instrunctions. I know it is over your asking price but happy to pay it for 2 mins of your time upon collection for your advice! This is something I want to do with my 2 teens, one whom is on the spectrum but loves bread, the other who loves to bake and the 3rd one for me who would like to eat better and gift bread but hasnt a clue where to start!
@Hypnos hiya. I’m back on 2nd January and would have it ready to bake by the 4th or 5th. The 3rd would be too soon I’d say!
@Michael_nz hiya. Setting back up after being away. Hopefully will be ready by tomorrow or Monday if you’re still looking for some? If not, no worries! Thanks!
Hi, yes still interested. I just live in Dundrum so can collect tomorrow or Monday. Whenever ready. Thanks.

Hi there, thank you.
I’m actually planning to Make panettones for christhmas.
So I’m making some test at the moment. You think it’s a good sourdough to use for this purpose?
