Handmade solid wood bathroom vanity unit with a unique rustic, antique-aged finish.

This is a one-of-a-kind piece, individually built and finished by hand. The top is made from 50mm thick solid Douglas fir, with the main frame constructed from substantial 44mm solid timber, giving the unit a very solid, substantial feel.

The timber has been carefully worked back to remove the softer surface wood and expose the harder grain beneath. This creates the pronounced natural texture and character visible throughout the piece, particularly around the grain, knots and edges. It has then been stained and aged by hand to achieve its distinctive reclaimed/antique appearance.

The unit is finished with a protective satin finish, bringing out the natural character of the timber while making it suitable for use in a bathroom environment.

Solid timber throughout — no MDF, chipboard or flat-pack materials.

Because of the natural timber and hand-finishing process, every piece has its own individual grain, markings and character.
