Vintage Avocado Cast Iron Bath

Selling a genuine vintage cast-iron bath in a distinctive avocado finish.

A substantial, solid traditional bath with plenty of character. It comes with its original-style feet and taps, making it ideal for a period property, vintage bathroom project, restoration, or anyone looking for something with more character than a modern standard bath.

Condition: The bath is used and has been removed from a previous installation. There is some old adhesive/sealant residue around the edges, which can be cleaned off, along with general dirt, surface marks and age-related wear. The underside and feet have some surface rust consistent with its age. The marks around the rim shown in the photos are installation adhesive, not chipped enamel.

It has not been restored or refinished, so it is being sold as found, giving the buyer the option to clean, restore or retain its original vintage appearance.

The bath is extremely heavy, as expected with genuine cast iron, so the buyer will need to arrange suitable transport and enough help for lifting.
