Kamado Joe SlōRoller hyperbolic smoke chamber, Classic Joe size, the 18 inch one. This is the insert that drops in where the Divide and Conquer rack sits and turns the kamado into a proper low and slow smoker.

The design came out of Harvard fluid dynamics work and it is not marketing, it genuinely does what it says. It pushes the smoke around the dome in rolling waves instead of letting it run straight up the middle, so you get even heat across the whole grate. In practice it means the thin end of a brisket is not cooked to leather by the time the thick end is done, and you can stop rotating things halfway through a ten hour cook.

New in Ireland it is €200 and it does not go on sale.
