Solid Pro-Fitness weight bench with a combined total of 47.2kg in weights included. Perfect setup for anyone looking to start strength training from home or build confidence befote moving to a gym environment.

Great for beginners due to its versatility, allowing for a range of exercises to develop strength and muscle across the whole body. I used it while progressing in rugby from underage to the higher levels at 15+16 to build strength and get comfortable with weight training and it served its purpose very well.

This equipment has always been kept in excellent condition and stored properly.
