Hi, I've been told that some bone conduction headphones can be used as hearing aids - do you know whether yours is suitable please?
@Cora.251 i have no idea as you need to know what exactly is helping (I mean which features) as I think all work same way

Bone-conduction hearing aids work particularly well when the problem is with the outer or middle ear, because they bypass those parts and stimulate the inner ear through vibration.
They can be useful for:
Conductive hearing loss
Mixed hearing loss in some cases
People who can't wear conventional hearing aids because of ear-canal problems
Certain cases of single-sided deafness
They are less useful when the main problem is severe sensorineural hearing loss, because the cochlea/inner ear itself isn't functioning well enough for bone conduction to provide good hearing

Thank you, I really appreciate the information - I'm hoping to be told what the cause of my hearing problem is...............
