@MarcusMaximus I only the survey from previous owner. Which is from 2023. I’ve done a lot of work since purchase. Selling because I’m not using it

Thanks Cathaljames. It certainly looks like you have! Shame to have to sell it after all that work but if you don’t use it… I might ask to see that (reasonably recent) survey if I decide to view it.
