Johnson 15hp outboard long shaft

Description

Very good condition Johnson 15hp 2 stroke long shaft outboard.

I knew the man that bought this new it has been very well cared for.

New gearbox oil.

New impeller + seals.

Cooling system flushed and cleaned.

Carburetor tuned, it idles in both forward and reverse under load.

Original metal fuel tank + newer plastic fuel tank.

It is ready for the water. I have tested it several times.

Engine is ran once a week to keep fresh fuel going through the carb.

I am open to reasonable offers, absolutely no time wasters or silly offers, please.

I met Paul this afternoon to see the engine.. Engine itself was 100% and id have purchased only the shaft was about 8" too long for my inflatable. Saw it running well in all of neutral, forward and reverse with plenty of throttle. Started from cold on first pull. Paul was a gentleman even when I pulled out of the deal we had agreed, hence I'm putting up this message as a thank you to him in case anyone questions why I pulled out of the deal
