Thanks for your offer! Just to be completely transparent and answer your questions so you know exactly what is included:

System Boiler: Yes, this is the B0HA-25 model which is a System boiler, so it is indeed designed to work with a hot water cylinder.
Flue: I only have the top white elbow joint (as seen in the photos). I don't have the straight horizontal pipe that goes through the outside wall.
Magnetic Filter: No, I don't have a magnetic filter included.
Connections: It does come with the complete bottom isolation valves/connection block attached (you can see the brass fittings in the photos). I don't have any external cylinder sensors though.
