4 year old Firebird Silver Boilerhouse 26-35kW Oil Boiler.In perfect working condition.
New Boiler is €1,500 not including the flue systems, controls and Oil Tank.
Installed Sept 2022, serviced yearly and most recent service in May 2026.
Flue system, controls and system components come included.
House was recently sold and new owners swapping to Electric Heating.
Oil tank can be included if required.
I can arrange for it to be disconnected but prefer if buyer can arrange this.

Will throw in the oil tank which has a cover on it including a lock. it's yours if you want it for €1k. The other fell cant take it until the end of next week so it's yous if you can collect before then.
