Meindl leather Hiking boots size 12

Bought believing they were size 11 but they are size 12.

They are about 10 years old but were used in the snow and not that regularly. They have signs of age related wear. They are used but in good condition with loads of life left in them.

Boots get dry rot, a form of fungal decay or chemical breakdown, when stored for long periods without use, causing rubber to become brittle/crumbly and leather to crack
