This punch bag kit contains everything you need to train technique, endurance and strength. Put in a training session at home and strengthen your results from the gym. The punch bag has a height of approx. 55 cm and a weight of approx.10 kg. With the 8 oz boxing gloves included in the boxing set, children from the age of 8 are well equipped. The protective bands with Velcro closure and thumb loop ensure more safety during training.

Punch bag is held at 4 points by tear-resistant webbing straps, sewn with cross seam.
Boxing gloves size 8 oz with wide Velcro closure for a secure hold, reinforced seams and attached thumb part for thumb protection.
