Here's a new wooden flute, from me, Tommy Martin and under the umbrella of Thornton Whistles.
I only use brass in my uilleann pipes and whistle making so I'm using brass for these flutes too. The wood is African blackwood.
The crown is made using an imitation ivory material.
The embouchure cut is a tiny bit smaller than some modern flutes so it doesn't take a huge amount of air so suitable for beginners and experienced players alike.
This flute comes with a case too.
