@melonhayes hi. I’ve a box of 6 50mm deep perforated !!! And I’ve 1/2 trays I think 65mm. 2 trays are the same as one full size.

So that is 265mm x 350mm? I think it's too small, how much just in case?
Unfortunately perforated is no good for me unless it is just a removable insert

@melonhayes I think 265 by 325mm. Which is half size. Yes perforated I’m guessing for fish etc to let steam thru the holes ?
