For what its worth I bought one of these back in the early 90s. Fast to set up, unique construction means the legs will move every way with just a twist of the neck lever to fasten them all in place. Solid enough construction to support a 4x5" camera. Get a bag to put it in and its easy enough to carry, not light but reasonable weight for what you get.
