The MHXPRO-3W 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head from Manfrotto is a

I bought the head on this website, and the tripod in Austria. If you can tell me where I can find it, I'll try to take a photo.

P.S. Regarding astrophotography, one of my clients in Scotland bought a Zeiss Milvus Interlock 35mm/1.4 ZF.2 lens for M42
with manual focus from another marketplace that has screws for the fixed version of the lens.
It's very convenient for astrophotography.
It photographs the starry sky and the Aurora Borealis.
