Yes — but it depends on the GoPro model.

Newer GoPro models such as the HERO13 Black have a built-in 1/4"-20 mounting thread on the bottom.

Older GoPros generally use the GoPro 3-prong/finger mount, so you need a 1/4"-20 adapter to attach them to a standard camera tripod. GoPro sells a tripod adapter set for this purpose.
