Restoration project

The 1971 Ducati 250 Desmo was powered by a 249cc four-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled Desmo SOHC engine, which was managed by a VHB 29 mm DellOrto carburetor. It had a 50W alternator with an electronic rectifier and regulator, producing 6V and 12 Ah.

The engine's power reached the rear end via a five-speed manual transmission with a multi-plate oil-bath clutch and a final chain drive.
The steel frame housed every component. Standard features included a round headlight up front, a single seat, a low handlebar, a single exhaust pipe with a muffler on the right-hand side, a center stand, and wire-spoke wheels.

The motorcycle was 1,346 mm (53 in) long and weighed 127 kg (282 lbs). In front of the rider's eyes was an analog instrument cluster with two gauges
