@Janis L I used it to drive to work in Dublin,in the summers, so a fill got me 500km. I've not used it for a yr and now I'm just retired I've no need for it.
Okay, thanks.
How many liters is a full tank for this motor bike?
Is there any rust on the chassis considering its age?

@Janis L 28litres. Spotless, always garaged. The swing arm was fully repaired, due to a common problem with these bikes, where trapped water causes rust.
Hi,
Okay, thanks.
I called earlier my insurance company.
Unfortunately they would not insure me for this bike, as I have Learner Permit only.
Thank you

Have you any pictures of the repair to the swing arm. where was it done. Where in the uk did you source the bike? Thanks.
@paddyexup Can't find the photos, on my old phone. Was done in '21 during lock down. I done the work, thats my trade. Got the bike from a contact in Birmingham @Honda UK.
Did he give you any service history with the bike. do we know when the belt was changed etc. What service was the bike in before you got it, was it an AA bike or a police bike. The switchgear on the right handlebar looks police edition so a service record might be available. Thanks.
@paddyexup well spotted. It was police instructors bike. I have the original switch, never bothered changing it. No there is no past service record, just owners manuals. There was approx 54k miles on it when I got it 25yrs ago. Only 79.6k now.
I have a police model myself. It was an American import so no corrosion on swing arm. Taking the mileage and the age into consideration I think it needs a belt change etc. I am not here to offend you but I am offering 1500 euros for the bike. That's what its worth to me. If that suits you we can make arrangements or if you won't accept it, then no harm done. Thank you for the quick reply to my questions.
