Selling our 2013 Qashqai – it’s been a reliable car and still drives well.
It has NCT until November 2026, so no immediate expense. It’s a 1.5 diesel, so very economical to run, with €270 annual tax.
We invested significantly in the car before Christmas (over €2000), including:
New DPF fitted
Airflow meter replaced
Boost pipes cleaned/repaired
It has also been recently serviced and valeted.
As expected for the mileage (278,000 km), there’s some general wear and tear, but nothing affecting performance.
Only thing to note is the driver’s door can occasionally not catch first time when opening from the outside – small issue but just being upfront.
