Started and driven periodically while parked up

The car has been parked for an extended period, so it will need:
Two front tyres (approx. €150)
There are a few minor cosmetic marks, including some light scratches on a bumper corner, but nothing major for a 2011 car.
Starts, drives and stops well. There is a "service required" dashlight on, but no other dash warning lights.
Ideal cheap, comfortable diesel saloon with plenty of life left in it.
