Selling as I’ve bought a new car and no longer need this one.
The bad: the alternator has gone, so the car starts and runs but won’t stay running for long. It would drive onto a trailer.
The good: a lot of money has been spent on it recently, including:
• Brand new starter motor
• New rear springs & shocks
• Front shock replaced
• Front wishbone replaced
• New brake pads all round
• Over €500 spent on parts alone
It’s definitely not a perfect car, and I’m not trying to make it out to be one. It has 246,000km. but it’s an honest car with plenty of life left in it for someone willing to put a bit of work into it.
Could make a good cheap runaround/parts car for the right person, especially considering the recent work already done.
Alternator needs replacing. Sold as seen.
