Van is at this moment fully functional, no errors reported on engine start, and is running and driving well.

***Full Disclosure***
Selling this van as a fixer upper or just for scrap/parts due to the last year of ownership requiring repeated visits to the garage for replacement parts and repairs.
The primary issue is that the fuel injectors keep failing (twice in 2025) resulting in a loss of engine power (this is a common issue with Caddy's and other car engines of this size/era). In this state it'll struggle to climb hills or reach a max speed of 60 to 80 kmph but can still limp through a journey of at least approx 20km (I personally tested this by driving to a garage when it last occured).

The final reoccurrence of this issue is what made me decide to mothball the van but currently the issue has disappeared (with no work done), the van is reporting everything as ok and the engine has full power. However, I would not be confident that it is fit to drive for any extended distance nor to sell it as perfectly roadworthy or reliable.

(I have done some layman's research and suspect that the fuel injector issue may be exacerbated or even entirely caused by the ERG valve/filter requiring cleaning but I don't have the skill or equipment to attempt this.)

-The van has been in my ownership since January 2020, bought from a private seller.
-AFAIK it had 2 previous owners.
-It previously had a custom sound system installed but all that remains of that is some (mostly hidden) wiring. Might be useful for another custom job.

-It's currently out of tax and CVRT.
-There is 1 outstanding issue that I'm aware of that will officially need to be fixed to pass the CVRT - 1 of the 2 licence plate light fittings is rusted beyond use and so needs replacing.

-The van has not been driven since October except to turn the engine over every couple of weeks.

-Currently has almost 1/2 tank of diesel (typically more than enough to drive to Dublin).

Recent parts replaced (in 2025):
-Front left wheel spring and shock top.
-Shock absorber
-Caliper
-Brake pads
-Fuel Injector
-Fuel injector kit and seals, i.e. the retaining clamp on the injectors (this is a separate issue to the injectors themselves but the last garage broke it during replacement so had to install a new one)

Finally, on the last trip to the garage we were quoted a couple hundred euro in work additional to the injector. I can't remember now, I think another spring needed replacing but none of it was urgent.

Anyway, I could just sell it to the garage for scrap or parts but I want to see if anyone was looking for a restoration project. It'd be great to think someone could get this back on the road especially given that I've seen similar age Caddy's being sold as running with nearly 600,000 KM on the clock.
