Any RUST going on the arches or seals?

@JOK3R there's a small spot on rear left wheel arch that rust is starting to develop. You might be able to see it on the photo. I can upload a close up photo. I'll put the car through NCT as soon as I get a date. I don't see it as a reason for a failure.
