1.9 PD TDI (105 hp original), upgraded to a 130 hp engine block with oil jets under the pistons.
Engine fully rebuilt in 2021.
The mileage at the time of the rebuild was 187,000 km, and it currently reads 249,000 km, meaning the rebuilt engine has only done 62,000 km.
During the rebuild, it received:
New dual-mass flywheel with a new clutch
Engine block bored to first oversize with Mahle pistons
New crankshaft bearings and oil seals
New water pump and timing belt set
New hydraulic lifters with camshaft
New valves in the cylinder head
New melett turbo cartridge
Updated pd injector holder (pict)
Serviced with oil and filter changes every 6,500 km!
