Any faults or issues with it at all please?

@splintdrift Hi, thanks for the question. So it’s obviously a used caravan. Even though it’s newer for most caravans at this price it’s still 18 years old. The fridge is good, the hob and oven are good. All of the lights work and the pump and plumbing. The leisure battery is practically new. The motor mover works. The walls haven’t really much wear at all are perfect. All of the PVC on the presses are also in great condition. We bought this a while ago as it was a good price for the year, the only reason it’s being sold is that we don’t actually need a 7 birth and would prefer something with a bigger toilet and shower even though this one is still a bit bigger than a standard size toilet. There is gas for it. Two awnings one of which still retails at 1000 pound plus by the looks of it online. Now the drawbacks we have observed. The porch awning was ripped in an area at the top around 1 foot in length but would be an easy repair. The other full size awning we opened up and is in perfect condition. The front window has some small marks as expected and there is tape over some of it. It doesn’t leak or cause any issues and would most likely not leak if the tape wasn’t there as the inside plastic is fine, the marks are that small you wouldn’t notice and nearly all caravans of this age have this. The back bunks have new mattresses and there is a mattress for the pull out bunk over the dinette area too. The legs are all good. The break lights and indicators are fine too with no cracks or marks. The hitch, handbrake perfect without issue.

@splintdrift just to add everything that is needed for it, is there. All keys also work and all compartments lock up. There is a carpet for the awning floor, 40 litre water tanker with wheels and lots of extras.
