Spacious and well-built German Hobby, model De Luxe 520 TMF caravan with a very practical layout. We’ve really enjoyed it but are downsizing to a smaller 2 berth.

Front fixed double bed (no daily setup), middle dining area converts into a second bed, with kitchen and combined bathroom at the rear. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Fully equipped with Truma gas heating, hot water system, 3 burner gas hob, sink, and large Dometic fridge (gas/220v/12v). Onboard fresh water tank (45L).

Combined bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, with excellent storage.

Plenty of storage throughout, including a large under-bed garage area with external access, overhead shelving, and storage under seats.

Flyscreens and blackout blinds on all windows and door. Suitable for year-round use.

Air conditioning unit fitted (hot & cold) but currently not working – may be repairable.

Everything working as it should, no damp. Can demonstrate all features working. Delivery may be possible if needed.
