After a huge labour of love, I'm selling my 35-year-old caravan following an extensive renovation. The interior has been completely transformed and now looks and feels like a brand-new little home.
I've invested €4,800 in total, including the caravan, delivery, timber, materials, fixtures and fittings. Receipts are available.

INTERIOR
Approximately 90% of the aesthetic work is complete. The remaining work is the wardrobe doors, which have been left for the new owner to fit or customise to their own taste.

UTILITIES
Plumbing – 90% complete: water heater and shower connected, water lines run to kitchen sink and waste pipes installed.
Gas – 90% complete: final caps, gas bottle connection and hob connection remain.
Electrics – 80–85% complete: battery/pump wiring prepared, unnecessary cables removed and wiring cleaned up with Wago connectors.
IMPORTANT: Gas, plumbing and electrical systems have not been fully connected, tested or commissioned. Remaining work and testing must be completed by the new owner before use.

EXTERIOR
Fresh paint, new hub caps, one new wheel and general exterior clean-up.
Potential uses include touring, glamping, a garden retreat or holiday accommodation project, subject to any required approvals.
