Roborock P20 Ultra Plus Vacuum & Mop | App Locked

Roborock P20 Ultra Plus robot vacuum and mop with docking station. Used, imported from mainland China. Selling because I have purchased a replacement intended for use in Ireland.

WHAT WORKS
The robot vacuums and mops together when cleaning is started using the physical buttons. It can be used for floor cleaning without controlling it through the app.

IMPORTANT: CHINESE VERSION — APP REGION-LOCKED IN IRELAND
The Roborock app reports that this unit is not authorised in this region. Selecting Mainland China in the app has not resolved the issue. This is NOT the European/international version.

In my current setup, I cannot:
• Access or manage maps through the app.
• Select individual rooms or schedule cleaning.
• Adjust suction power or mop water settings through the app.
• Select mop-only mode: button-operated cleaning vacuums and mops together.
• Use voice commands, as the assistant requests a network connection.

INCLUDED
Robot vacuum and docking station.

CONDITION
Used.

LOCATION
Dublin 1.

Suitable for a buyer who is happy with the button-operated cleaning described above and understands the app limitation. I cannot guarantee a regional unlock, firmware conversion or future app compatibility in Ireland.

Please read these limitations before buying.
