Engine rebuilded 110000km . Driving back from Galway to Dublin i had push hardly gas and i think timing chain slip 1 teeth.
At 700-1000Rpm engine works perfectly,
From 1000rpm up it knoks .
At last rebuild we was kear about black coal and made seal around injectors.
So at this time sump its clear , and no oil light. Literly knock its not from conroads.
I had open reckers cover and all rockers are on perfect condition.
I dont really have time to remove engine and change timing chain.as i have got another car as im all the time on road.
Mazda on German Motorway at 200km was consuming only 4.3l 100km.
2 tanks of diesel from Dublin until Copenhagen. Very reliable engine and 180HP on it. No DPF on Catalitic Converter
