Each block is 2 cells
When you checked on Dr prius you would have seen 10 blocks...as this car has only 20 cells...if you seen 4 blocks are bad that means 8 cells

8 cells replacement is waste of money and won't last , cells act like married couple, new strong cells will weaken old ones and you will end paying more
My advice is new battery
