I am sorry, I went through my box of watches and surplus gear in my attic where I always kept the original box.

I vaguely remember getting rid of the box when I had a clear out but I wasn't sure so I double-checked attic and around house.

Unfortunately it's gone. Very regrettable as it was a nice piece.
