Seiko Chronograph "Mild Seven Ski Rally 2001", with the case and movement reference number V657-8060.

This is a rare, limited promotional edition created through a collaboration between Seiko and the Japanese cigarette brand Mild Seven (which explains the signature white and blue color scheme) for the 2001 winter ski rally.
