1. The pot liner is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, with an inner liner of 5mm and an outer liner of 3mm. The pot liner is formed in one stamping process.
2. Pot inner diameter size: 1200mm, depth 750mm, working capacity approximately 200-400kg.
3. The dimensions of the equipment are approximately 2000mm in length (including control cabinet), 1520mm in width, and 1700mm in height. (The height when the large arm is raised is about 2450mm).
4. The total power of the equipment is 38.2 kW, with a heating power of 36 kW (controlled in three levels, each can be turned on separately). The mixing motor is 3 kW (using variable frequency speed regulation).
5. Heating method: The heating tube heats the thermal oil, allowing for setting the temperature, frying time, and continuous frying for extended periods.
6. The main structure of the frame is entirely made of 80*80 high-strength stainless steel.
7. Stirring system: It adopts a special planetary tilt rotation, 360-degree scraper without dead corners, and is equipped with a stirring auxiliary device. The stirrer uses a polytetrafluoroethylene scraper, and the pot has a side scraper device.
8. The stirring belt has variable frequency (the stirring speed can be adjusted), comes with a gear-free maintenance motor and uses thermal oil.
9. The equipment has dual-cylinder hydraulic discharge, equipped with a 1.5kw hydraulic station, with a discharge height reaching 900-1000mm.
