I honestly can't believe I'm writing this. I'm absolutely heartbroken, but I need to find a loving home for Koleisi and Pumpkin, preferably together.

We have recently discovered that my child is allergic to cats and has been really suffering. I do not want to give my cats away and if it wasn't affecting my child's health, they wouldn't be leaving me. I'm devastated even having to write this.

Koleisi was found when she was pregnant, and I took her in and looked after her. She went on to have four beautiful kittens, who I cared for alongside her. Pumpkin is her 12-week-old baby boy who stayed with us. Our vet estimates that Koleisi herself is only around 1 year old.

They are both indoor cats. Koleisi hasn't been spayed yet as she has still been occasionally feeding Pumpkin.

I've already contacted shelters and rescues, but unfortunately they are completely overwhelmed and don't have any space.

Thet will go with their bedding, carrier, cat enclosure, litter tray and toys, so they will have their own familiar things to help them settle.

This is genuinely breaking my heart, so I'm not going to let them go to just anybody. I need to know they are going to a safe, loving and permanent home and more than anything I'd love for mammy and her baby to stay together.

Hi Caterina. I'm so sorry to hear about the situation you and your family are in. We lost our cat nearly a year ago and have been waiting for the right time to adopt again. I have a 4 year old who loves cats. As do I. Your story really speaks me and we would love to meet the cats. We would definitely be committed to rehoming them together.
