French Empire Style Basket Chandelier - Antique Brass - 42cm

Beautiful French Empire style basket chandelier, purchased from Brian Behan Antiques in Dublin for €280. Original receipt available and shown in the photos.

Ornate aged brass-coloured metal frame with decorative Empire-style detailing, cascading strands of amber/champagne-coloured faceted drops and elongated drops around the basket and base.

The drops have an attractive aged appearance. I am unsure whether they are glass or acrylic, so have not described them as crystal.

Measurements:
• Chandelier body height: approx. 42cm
• Overall height to ceiling rose: approx. 62cm

Fitted with an E12 bulb holder and supplied with its existing wiring, chain and ceiling rose.

A beautiful statement light with genuine age and character. There is age-related patina, discolouration and wear consistent with a vintage piece; please see all photos for condition.
