Description
Lovely 1900's Wedgwood jug with a matt finish and hinged pewter lid.
The rim is decorated with grape vines surrounding classical Greek mythology references to the "Sacrifice to Cupid".
Height: 16.5cm
Base diameter: 8.7cm
Rim diameter at widest point: 8.3cm
Item is in wonderful condition for it's age; and the internal ceramic liner which is in immaculate condition would suggest that this item has never been used.
