Can it be filled with water given the fact that base is cracked?

@toweye I left it for a while with water in it to test there, and there's a very small amount of water on the cloth in one area so not totally water tight unfortunately.

@toweye yeah or I had used it with dried hydrangeas and not fresh flowers. Because it's quite big.
