Fabulous Pair of Salt and Pepper Shakers in the Style of Burleighware "Blue Calico Pattern", but no Backstamps, Missing Stoppers

I am continuing my effort to downsize, in advance of all our possessions having to go back into storage again in the next few months (the builders keep changing the dates!)

I have quite the selection of Blue and White and Willow Pattern items which I have collected over the years and used for buffets, afternoon teas, and for display on my kitchen dresser, (which I no longer have) but I have too much for my needs, and so this fabulous salt and pepper set can now go!

For sale here is a Fabulous Pair of Salt and Pepper Shakers in the Style of Burleighware “Blue Calico” Pattern, but no Backstamps, Missing Stoppers

This lovely pair of salt and pepper shakers are conical in shape and covered in an all-over floral chintz style pattern in blue and white, in the style of the very popular Burleighware pattern called “Blue Calico”. But with no backstamps, I imagine these are a copy of this pattern.

These conical shakers stand 3.5 inch/8 cm in height, and the bases are 2 inches/ 5cm in diameter.
The pair are in excellent vintage condition, but unfortunately the stoppers are missing. These can be easily replaced online.

Perfect for display on a kitchen dresser, they love fab as part of a blue and white display.

I will have other willow pattern and blue and white items coming soon and recently listed, so check out my other ads and more coming soon! Discounts possible for multiple purchases!
