Pair Myott Rialto Blue Oval Serving Platter Plates Staffordshire Ironstone Vint

Matching pair of vintage oval serving platters by Myott, Son & Co Ltd, Staffordshire, England, in the elegant Royalty pattern no. 1559B.

The pattern features rich cobalt-blue border panels with ornate gold scrolling, crown motifs and scalloped gilt rims.

Approximate sizes:

Large platter: 35–36 cm
Smaller platter: 30–31 cm

Both carry the Myott Staffordshire backstamp.

Used vintage condition with surface scratches, light staining, possible glaze crazing and age-related wear to the gilt decoration. No major crack is obvious from the photographs, but both rims and undersides should be inspected carefully.
