Stoneware Jackson Pair of Candlesticks

Pair of Stoneware Jackson Pottery (Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny) candlesticks for sale. Selling on behalf of a family member who is downsizing. The dimensions of the candlesticks are ~16.5cm high with a candle hole diameter of ~2.5cm and a base diameter of 13.3cm.. With a base glaze of white, these candlesticks also have a beautiful mix of glaze colours of navy blue & Forrest green in the characteristic simple stylish but yet contemporary floral Stoneware Jackson design around the base The inside Is also glazed in white. This design is a very unusual Stoneware Jackson’s design and is rarely seen for sale. Stoneware Jackson items are no longer made at this pottery as the pottery ceased making these pieces around 2006, they are much sought after today.
These itemS are both in perfect condition & have no chips, cracks or crazing as they were rarely used & only used as decorative display in a cupboard mostly. Both contain a Stoneware Jackson pottery stamp on their base.
