Calligraphy Vase – Dragon & Phoenix

A very striking and unusual large decorative porcelain vase, finished in a bold red and white design with extensive black calligraphy and traditional red seal marks.

The lower body features beautifully detailed raised white dragon and phoenix decoration against a rich red ground, while the tall white neck is decorated on several sides with flowing calligraphic script.

The vase has a distinctive flared rim and is a substantial statement piece that displays extremely well.
