Description
Vintage Buchan Stoneware pottery divided serving dish from the mid-century "Riviera" series
Made by A.W. Buchan & Co. at the Thistle Pottery in Portobello, Scotland. The stoneware is hand-painted with colourful fish and lobster motifs, giving it a French country or provincial feel. These dishes were produced between the 1950s and 1960s and are now considered collectible items. Measuring: 10 inches long x 7.5 inches wide. Excellent condition, no chips or marks. Never used, just stored away for many years. Hand wash only. Must be collected in East Clare or courier service at an extra charge.
