Wade co. Armagh The backstamp dates this to 1950-1980
it has a lovely blue shade on the lower part and a green color on the upper part a picture of a woman walking toward a small house with hills in the background and the word Ireland at the bottom.
It was probably sold as a tourist souvenir.
